A member of the firm since 1978, Mr. Buckley leads the firm's Business and Real Estate Transactions Practice Group. Mr. Buckley's practice involves commercial and real estate law with an emphasis on development of highrise condominiums and master planned communities. In addition, Mr. Buckley has worked on issues of municipal development, franchise and annexation agreements, residential and mixed use project documents, including CCR, commercial CCRs and reciprocal easement agreements, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. He is involved with projects requiring UCC secured financing, ground leases, easements and licenses and mortgage lending.

In 2003, Governor Guinn appointed Mr. Buckley to the Nevada Commission for Common-Interest Communities. He currently serves as its Chair. Mr. Buckley is a former chair of the Las Vegas City Planning Commission. He also has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA – America's Leading Business Lawyers as one of the top real estate law practitioners in Las Vegas. He also was recognized in the 2009 and 2010 issues of Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top 75 lawyers in the five-state mountain region.

Mr. Buckley holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada and California and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association.
